We debated watching them from our rooftop, with the cityscape as the foreground, or in the Marina, with water and clear views, and in the end decided to join a whole bunch of other drunk fools and some smokers/dopers. We were just about the only ones with a tripod and serious camera gear. A few folks flash their cameras into the night sky, which is always funny for me to see.
